Aristocrat & BetMGM executives join CGA Board

The Canadian Gaming Association (CGA) has appointed two new members to it’s Board of Directors, Aristocrat Gaming’s Kurt Gissane and Scott Woodgate from BetMGM.

Kurt Gissane is Aristocrat’s SVP of Sales for North America, responsible for tribal gaming, Class 3, Class 2, CD, ATLS, VLT/VGT, GACOAM and new markets. He brings more than two decades of industry experience working across Australia, Asia and North America, driving comprehensive strategy and delivery of Aristocrat’s gaming content to the company’s North American customer base.

Scott Woodgate is VP (Canada) for BetMGM. Prior to joining BetMGM, he was a content and production executive for the global streaming service DAZN, based in the UK and then New York. Prior to that, the Vancouver native held leadership and production roles at Rogers Sportsnet and CTV News, working across editorial, production and strategy.

Ilkim Hincer, Chair of the CGA Board, says: “I want to thank Scott and Kurt for accepting these positions, which will play an important role in supporting the growth and sustainability of Canada’s gaming industry.
