Innovative sportsbook supplier, BETBY, has added experienced iGaming executive, Viki Vitanyi, as Head of Client Success.
Vitanyi was previously Senior Account Manager at GiG, and most recently a Senior Product Partner at global giant, Entain.
Her responsibilities will include developing and implementing a customer experience strategy, improving the customer journey and relationship and exploring technology and innovation to maximise the customer experience for clients.
