Following a series of leadership and Board changes, Australian casino operator Crown Resorts plans to re-introduce gambling at a Sydney property early in 2022.
Originally opened in December 2020, the Sydney casino’s licence was suspended following a number of investigations into relationships with organised crime and money laundering.
Crown has subsequently restructured and worked closely with regulators and according to the New South Wales Independent Liquor and Gaming Authority (ILGA), the company has made good progress. Crown now hopes to open a gaming floor at the 75-storey property early in the new year.
