GAMOMAT edged a highly competitive field to win this prestigious award, which recognises organisations whose values support a diverse, motivated and effective workforce. This highlights the company’s commitment to a people-first culture that is making a real difference across the industry.

Dr Alex Krone, Managing Director at GAMOMAT, says: “GAMOMAT securing the Best Diverse Place to Work Award against such a strong field is a proud recognition of the culture the company continues to build across the business.

“The award further reinforces our belief that creating an inclusive, supportive, and people-first environment drives stronger teams, stronger collaboration, and long-term success across the industry.”

GAMOMAT’s success was also reflected in an individual award that saw Iris Wallner, Lead Game Composer, crowned Employee of the Year. This accolade recognises employees who demonstrate outstanding values such as service orientation, innovation, open communication and outstanding team support. Iris has been a creative force behind some of GAMOMAT’s most celebrated audio experiences, including the award-nominated soundtrack for Dead Legion.

Iris Wallner shared:“Being named Employee of the Year is amazing and means a great deal to me. At GAMOMAT, creativity and collaboration go hand in hand, and I am fortunate to work alongside talented people who constantly inspire and support one another.

“Bringing game worlds to life through music is something I am deeply passionate about, so to receive this recognition for doing what I love is truly rewarding.”

First held in 2010, the Women in Gaming Diversity Awards have fast become one of the global gaming industry’s most prestigious events that recognise individuals and organisations for outstanding devotion to enhancing equality, diversity and inclusion.
