London’s award-winning Hippodrome Casino is to further expand its existing food and drink options this summer, with three new dining facilities planned, following the acquisition of an additional 2,400sqft of premises space.
Located on the edge of the iconic Leicester Square, The Hippodrome already offers visitors nine food and drink options, including the Heliot Steak House fine-dining restaurant. The development of this additional space will further enhance the venue’s dining, entertainment and drinking options.
The largest area within this new development will be occupied by CrêpeAffaire, an all-day facility serving premium French crêpes, as well as coffees and desserts. The operator already has 13 UK locations and will also host Crêpe & Cocktail evenings for casino visitors.
The Hippodrome Executive Chairman Simon Thomas commented: “The Hippodrome has long led the way in the casino landscape, and the next phase of our development strategy is focused on elevating our position as a competitive lifestyle brand by enhancing the guest experience. Entertainment and hospitality are at the centre of everything we do at The Hippodrome, and we can’t wait to add these three new concepts to our already extensive hospitality offering. We are delighted to be kicking off with the opening of CrêpeAffaire at The Hippodrome and look forward to working closely with its creative team on this very exciting new project.”
The second new venue will be Chop Chop by Four Seasons, a contemporary Chinese restaurant featuring Hong Kong-inspired dishes popular at existing Four Seasons restaurants. And a third venue, a dedicated cocktail bar with a subterranean theme, will open later in the year.
