A consortium comprising IGT Global Solutions, Scientific Games, Saga Consultoria e Representações Comerciais e Empresariais (Saga) and the Minas Gerais State Lottery (LEMG) has been granted a 20-year agreement to provide lottery operations in the state of Minas Gerais, Brazil.
Terms of the agreement provide the group with an exclusive licence for lottery operations in the state, and includes passive lottery games, instant games, an instant ticket system and an option to renew the agreement after 20 years. The agreement was effective from June 9th, 2023, and previously, only keno and lottery games were legal forms of gambling in Minas Gerais.
