Pettit initially supported the agency’s commercial strategy and market positioning in a non-executive advisory role. His promotion to Executive Chairman signifies the agency’s transformation into a multi-million-pound business serving top brands in gambling, sport and consumer sectors.
With offices in London and Manchester, Press Box PR specialises in securing coverage across gambling, sports, consumer and technology media. The agency also assists brands in gaining AI citations and LLM recommendations. Pettit’s extensive experience in regulated gambling, sports betting and technology is a significant asset to the agency.
Pettit spent over eight years at Playtech BGT Sports, where he played a crucial role in global commercial strategy for retail and digital channels. His expertise in working with operators, regulators and partners in regulated markets is invaluable. Additionally, Pettit has served as a Strategic Advisor for Grosvenor Casino, focusing on integrating sports betting into UK land-based casinos.
In his role at Press Box, Pettit will collaborate with Donohue and the leadership team to guide the agency’s strategic direction, enhance client growth in regulated industries and position it as a leading PR partner for gambling operators and technology businesses.
