The Malta-headquartered Kambi Group has signed a multi-year partnership with Desert Diamond Casinos, an Arizona-based casino company owned and operated by the Tohono O’odham Nation.

Kambi Group, the B2B sports betting specialist will see its sportsbook come to Desert Diamond Casinos’ West Valley, Sahuarita and Tucson properties between now and the end of the year, with an online sportsbook offering to follow under the Desert Diamond Mobile brand. Mike Bean, CEO of Desert Diamond Casinos & Entertainment, said of this deal: “We are delighted to sign this multi-year agreement with Kambi, which has a proven track record in sportsbook provision across the globe. This exciting partnership provides Desert Diamond with the ability to leverage its long standing, well-regarded brand to provide guests with a leading sports betting product across multiple channels.”

The Tohono O’odham Nation was among 10 Arizona tribal operators to receive a sports betting licence in August from the State’s Department of Gaming. In addition to Kambi’s betting kiosks and ‘Bring Your Own Device’ tech, the tribe will also use Kambi’s enhanced in-event combinability product, which was launched in September for the start of the NFL season.

“We are very proud to partner with Desert Diamond Casinos & Entertainment, a deal which further strengthens Kambi’s strong relationship with tribal casino operators,” said Kristian Nylén, Kambi’s CEO. “Desert Diamond Casinos is renowned for offering world class gaming and entertainment experiences and complements our strategy to partner with market leaders. We look forward to working with them closely to deliver high-quality and exciting sports betting experiences to both its on-property patrons and online customers in the State of Arizona.”
