SBC Summit 2025 is introducing a Latin America & Brazil track, aligning its agenda with the event’s global focus. Set to host 30,000 attendees this September, the Summit aims to highlight key regional insights.

The track will be part of the Global Markets stage, which debuted last year with the Emerging Markets stage to spotlight trending and potential regions.

The inclusion of this track follows a 126% increase in Latin American attendance in 2024, cementing the Summit’s status as a crucial platform for industry engagement in this dynamic region.

Scheduled for Tuesday September 16th, at Lisbon’s Feira Internacional de Lisboa, the track will feature five sessions led by experts discussing Brazil’s evolving post-regulation landscape, Peru’s tax reforms and Mexico’s regulatory challenges.

Delegates will gain insights from industry leaders who will share successful strategies, such as strategic local partnerships and culturally relevant marketing, crucial for navigating complex regulations in high-potential markets.

Rasmus Sojmark, Founder & CEO of SBC, says: “Latin America is one of the most dynamic regions in gaming, full of nuances. Our program addresses challenges businesses face, from local rules and cultural differences to tax policies and digital trends.”

The track will open with LatAm Leaders: Latin America First, featuring Zeno Ossko (Betwarrior) and Sebastian Salazar (EstelarBet) discussing how local operators outperform international brands.

The Brazil Leaders Panel will explore Brazil’s post-regulation landscape with Andreas Bardun (KTO Group), Alex Fonseca (Superbet Brazil), Almir Silva (BetMGM Brazil) and Neil Montgomery (Montgomery Sociedade de Advogados) moderating.

Peru and the Impact of ISC will address new tax measures with Xabier Maribona (RETABet Group), Alejandro Rivero (Estelarbet), Gonzalo Perez (Apuesta Total) and Gonzalo Rosell (La Tinka).

The session on Mexico will feature George Athanasopoulos (Novibet), JD Duarte (Betcris), Ohad Narkis (PlayUZU), Dr Miguel Angel Ochoa (AIEJA), Aviv Sher (Codere) and Yoni Sidi (Winpot.mx) discussing regulatory issues.

The track will also include Casino in Latin America: from Land-Based to Mobile, highlighting digital gaming transitions.

The Global Markets stage will also cover Western Europe and North America, while the Emerging Markets stage will focus on Africa, Eurasia, the Middle East and Asia, illustrating SBC’s dedication to comprehensive global industry insights.
