As total sports betting wagers in New York passed the $1bn mark, just three weeks after the state’s legislation, Wynn Resorts has become the seventh operator to launch its WynnBet digital sportsbook platform in the state.
President of Wynn Interactive, Ian Williams, says: “WynnBet beginning operations in New York is a monumental step in the growth of our company. New York represents a significant population of our Wynn Rewards membership, and we are confident in our ability to compete in this market by providing the first-class service and gaming experiences synonymous with the Wynn Resorts brand.”
WynnBet has launched with an introductory offer of a $200 free bet when $10 is wagered and will also offer its customers games and betting services popular in other states, such as Build Your Own Bet and The Playbook. Alongside New York, WynnBet is also live in Arizona, Colorado, Indiana, Michigan, New Jersey, Tennessee and Virginia, with the other operators currently live in New York being BetMGM, BetRivers, Caesars Interactive, DraftKings, FanDuel and PointsBet.
