These distinguished professionals bring a wealth of experience and innovative perspectives that will be instrumental in shaping the future of the conference. Their insights and guidance will be key to ensuring EEGS 2025 delivers exceptional value and impact for all attendees.

Rossi McKee is an entrepreneur, investor and owner of group of companies focused on online and land-based gaming and digital technologies. As a Co-Founder and VP of Telematic Interactive, CT Interactive and CT Gaming, she oversees the companies’ global strategies and operations. Her gaming background and experience has been instrumental in opening new markets and leading the expansion in South and North America. Market acquisition for the online gaming and betting vertical are currently in focus as she seeks opportunities and builds partnerships, increasing the number of live markets and driving sales efforts in the region. Her attention is keenly focused on new trends and players change as new disruptive technologies are being launched and adopted by the gaming industry.

Dmitry Starostenkov is CEO of EvenBet Gaming, a leading company in the iGaming sector, where he drives innovation and strategic growth. With over two decades of experience in the high-tech and IT industries, Dmitry has been at the forefront of the iGaming revolution since 2004. His deep understanding of software development, market expansion and sales strategies has made him a respected figure in the field. As a founder and business angel of several startups, Dmitry excels in strategic management and has helped numerous ventures thrive through his expertise in market development and software marketing.

Dr. Joerg Hofmann is Head of the Betting & Gaming Group of Melchers Law Firm in Germany. He is a Past President of the International Masters of Gaming Law (IMGL). He has been consistently ranked as a Leading Individual in Gaming & Gambling by Chambers Global and listed among Germany’s Best Lawyers in the category Gaming Law by Handelsblatt and BestLawyers. Dr. Joerg Hofmann frequently publishes articles in international professional journals and speaks regularly on leading gaming law conferences around the world. Who’s Who Legal granted Joerg the global award Gaming Lawyer of the Year in 2023. Dr. Hofmann lectures in Gambling Law at the University of Heidelberg as well as at the Bucerius Law School in Hamburg.

Joseph Borg is Head of both the Fintech and the Gaming & Gambling practices of WH Partners. Joe is ranked in the prestigious Chambers FinTech 2022 guide in the FinTech Legal practice area in Malta. He is also ranked as a Leading Individual in the FinTech practice area in Malta by Legal 500 EMEA 2022 guide, where WH Partners is listed as a Tier-1 law firm in Malta. He is a Co-Founder and currently the VP of Bitmalta, a non-profit organisation with a mission to promoting and stimulating discussion about blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies in Malta. Joseph Borg is a General Member of the International Masters of Gaming Law (IMGL) and a lecturer in Gaming Law at the University of Malta. He is also the Chairperson of the sub-committee on Cryptocurrency Payments in Gaming of the IMGL.
