Monika Zlateva, Chief Commercial Officer at CT Interactive, has been nominated in the Best Gaming Businesswoman category at the prestigious Business Excellence Awards, recognising her extensive experience in the online gaming industry and her role in leading the company’s commercial operations across international markets.
The awards ceremony takes place on October 29th, at Xara Lodge, Rabat, Malta.
With 20 years of experience in iGaming, Zlateva has built extensive expertise across different iGaming verticals, products, markets and jurisdictions. As CCO at CT Interactive, she leads the company’s commercial policy across markets and oversees the commercial teams operating across all jurisdictions. Her responsibilities include developing and implementing commercial strategies tailored to individual markets, setting commercial priorities and coordinating international commercial teams. She works closely with teams across jurisdictions to ensure that market activities are aligned with the company’s overall commercial objectives.
As CCO, Zlateva continues to take on a broader role in the company’s international commercial activities, leading teams across markets and helping shape the company’s commercial direction. At the same time, CT Interactive is taking a new step in its own development, expanding beyond its established role as a gaming content provider to become a gaming aggregator, offering operators access to a broader portfolio of gaming content and solutions.
