Following more than 25 years of growth, the Cambodian gaming and entertainment company NagaCorp has announced a restructuring of its senior management structure.
With effect from April 5th, founder Tan Sri Dr Chen Lip Keong has moved from Chief Executive Officer to Senior Chief Executive Officer. And Chen Yiy Fon, son of the founder, and currently an Executive Director, becomes the company’s Chief Executive Officer for Operations. Chen Cherchi, another son of the founder, moves from Managing Director of Finance & Operations to Chief Executive Officer for Finance & Treasury, and a third of the founder’s sons, Chen Yiy Hwuan, is appointed Chief Executive Officer for Hotels.
The two further changes are the switch of current Director of Capital Investment & Corporate Finance, Cheung King Man, to Chief Financial Officer, and Tan Sean Czoon moving from Chief Financial Officer for the Company to Chief Financial Officer of the Founder’s Office.
The NagaCorp Group will continue to be led by the founder, with Timothy Patrick McNally retaining his role as Chairman, Philip Lee Wai Tuck staying as Executive Deputy Chairman and Mike Ngai Wai Yip remaining as Chief Operating Officer. The Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) activities of the Group will remain under the guidance of Chen Yepern, as Managing Director in the CEO Cabinet.
