Octoplay has secured a supplier permit from the Alcohol & Gaming Commission of Ontario, allowing it to provide its suite of in-demand slot machine games to licensed operators in the fast-growing jurisdiction for the first time.
Octoplay’s Ontario licence forms part of its regulated market expansion and adds to those it holds from the UK Gambling Commission, Malta Gaming Authority and Swedish Gaming Authority.
Ontario-licensed operators can now access Octoplay’s powerful RGS, enabling them to diversify their gaming catalogue by offering a range of slot titles from the company’s rapidly expanding game portfolio. This includes proven player favourites such as Pearly Shores, Lolicat and Bullet Bonanza.
Martina Borg Stevens, Legal Director of Octoplay, says: “We are thrilled to have secured this this license, being the fourth we acquired in 2023. We have been clear about our mission to obtain a licence in every single regulated market, and this is a testament to this.
“To be awarded a licence from such a prestigious regulator makes us feel incredibly proud and establishes a strong foothold in North American market, which we look forward to building upon.”
Nick Vuchev, Commercial Director, adds: “Our slot games are in high demand among players in markets across the world. It is no surprise that operators want to stock our titles, and this is why we are working hard to secure licences and approvals in all regulated markets.”
