SOFTSWISS has introduced two significant updates to its Game Aggregator, aimed at enhancing player experience through mobile usability and AI-driven localisation.
These updates include a mobile-specific UI feature and a scalable AI-powered localisation system, focusing on accessibility and personalisation for players.
Mobile gaming remains the dominant channel for iGaming engagement, with player expectations and regional diversification driving the evolution of tools and features. According to H2 Gambling Capital, mobile gaming is set to continue growing at an annual rate of 14.9%.
In 2024, 59.5% of global mobile gross win came from betting, with 31.5% driven by casino games. Notably, casino games are projected to outpace betting with a compound annual growth rate of 18% compared to 14% for betting.
The Mobile UX control update gives operators the ability to manage how games appear on mobile devices. Previously, some mobile games launched in full-screen mode by default, hiding key casino interface elements like the exit button. Operators can now deactivate this automatic full-screen mode, ensuring the casino interface remains visible, supporting brand consistency and improving user experience on mobile platforms.
The AI Localisation Tool, available in the Game Aggregator’s back office, offers instant content translation into multiple languages. This allows operators to review, edit and set default language versions for different regions, streamlining regional campaigns and reducing manual work. Compatible with both desktop and mobile content, it ensures a consistent, localised player experience worldwide.
Tatyana Kaminskaya, Head of SOFTSWISS Game Aggregator, says, “As SOFTSWISS grows globally, we encounter a wider spectrum of player needs, regulatory frameworks and device usage patterns.
“Mobile-first development and localisation have long guided our Game Aggregator strategy. With these updates, we empower our partners to scale faster and deliver more relevant, high-performing experiences.”
SOFTSWISS will discuss these innovations and explore collaboration opportunities at iGB L!VE 2025, set for July 2nd & 3rd, in London.
