Stockholm-based market leader in CRM and AI cloud solutions, Symplify, has launched its new Instant Messaging service, further enhancing its robust 360° communication platform.

A core value of the Symplify journey is enabling seamless communication through powerful omnichannel capabilities. Already existing and effective media such as SMS, App Push, Email and Print continue to generate long-term success for partners. Instant Messaging is the latest intuitive tool to join the service and is accessible from a single login, on a single platform.

Instant Messaging is designed as an umbrella channel that will, in the near future, encompass multiple messaging services. Telegram is the first release, WhatsApp and Messenger will be integrated shortly.

Instant Messaging will be available across all sending modules and accessible from the same familiar editor, ensuring a seamless integration into current communication strategies.

Christoffer Feldt-Sørensen, Symplify’s Head of Sales, says: “At the core of Symplify’s CRM ecosystem is a focus on omnichannel communications that create a 360° engagement strategy.

“Rolling out Instant Messaging will enable clients to introduce another layer of fluid customer communication to support business growth.”
