They say that you never get a second chance to make a great first impression, and BGaming makes a first impression like nobody else.
Known for a portfolio of 300+ games that includes slots, casual games, classics and more, BGaming was also among the first providers to adopt provably fair cryptographic systems across its games.
Proprietary mechanics such as TRUEWAYS, MergeUp and MultiDiceX help to ensure that BGaming games feel fresh, with early playtesting with communities, customisable and branded options for operators and streaming and social engagement informing development choices and becoming major focus areas.
Central to this positioning is Marina Ostrovtsova. A graduate in Intercultural Communication, with follow-up studies in Economics, Management and Investment, Marina cut her teeth in product management at SOFTSWISS, before co-launching BGaming in 2018 and becoming CEO in 2022.

Marina Ostrovtsova sat down with Global Gambling News to share BGaming’s key 2025 growth drivers and look ahead to 2026.
Strong and Balanced Growth
“2025 turned out to be a year of strong and, importantly, balanced growth for BGaming. Our GGR grew by 42%, the number of bets increased by 46% and the total bet volume went up by 35%.
“There was no single magic move behind these numbers, but a combination of conscious decisions. We expanded into eight new regulated markets, continued diversifying our portfolio across Classic, Casual and Entertainment, and saw our casual direction truly take off, especially with the viral success of Aviamasters.
“This growth was reinforced by close work with partners and affiliates, as well as faster and more scalable certification processes that do not compromise on quality. For me, the most important part is that this was not short-term or opportunistic growth; it was systemic, built on strategy, mature processes and a strong team.”
People-First Mindset

Continually strengthening an internal team whilst scaling as a global company can be challenging, but for Marina and BGaming, the two go hand-in-hand.
“Scaling externally only makes sense if you are growing internally at the same time. In 2025, BGaming didn’t just expand geographically, we became much more mature as an organisation.
“We strengthened our management core, structured key internal processes and built more resilience into the way teams work together. Over the year, 100 new BGamers joined us, and our internal satisfaction score reached 4.16 out of 5.
“Everything starts with people: our team, our partners, and the community around us. For us, leadership is about trust, open dialogue and shared responsibility. We encourage initiative, experimentation and even conscious rule-breaking when it leads to better solutions.
“Our people-first mindset is not a slogan; it is a very practical approach.”
Real Player Understanding
And it is clear that this collaborative ethos delivers specific product advantages.
“Our products are built around real player behaviour, not assumptions. We rely heavily on data, including insights from Strmlytics, to understand player preferences, streamer behaviour and content trends. This makes our games more visible in streaming environments and more effective at attracting new players.
“Exclusive games give operators a competitive edge, as they differentiate the brand, boost engagement and increase player lifetime value. Publishing also allows us to bring in unconventional titles that expand the portfolio beyond standard formats.”
With engagement tools like BGaming Challenges helping to extend game lifecycles, and BGaming Drops creating extra incentives for activity and returns, revenue and retention are directly supported.
Emerging Trends
Looking ahead, Marina thinks that affiliates will continue to grow in influence channels, pushing iGaming towards a true ‘B2B2C’ approach, with player trust, choice and content discovery increasingly shaped outside operator platforms.
“Casual games will continue to gain momentum,” she believes. “Their fast onboarding, mobile-first nature and natural fit with social media make them a strong entry point for new audiences, many of whom later move into more traditional casino products.
“And of course, data and analytics will play an even bigger role, influencing everything from game mechanics to marketing and long-term portfolio planning.”
Looking Ahead to ICE
International events are not only an essential networking tool; they are also crucial for enabling moves into new markets and establishing partnerships that extend far beyond single deals. And as Marina Ostrovtsova explains, especially when it comes to building long-term relationships.
“Face-to-face conversations still hold significant importance in iGaming. Exhibitions aren’t just about signing contracts, they are about hearing honest feedback, showing products live and making the brand tangible.
“In 2025, we held multiple offline meetups and team events across different countries, which really strengthened our culture and sense of belonging. And of course, hackathons remain one of my favourite formats, they perfectly combine creativity, teamwork and momentum.”
Defining Success

For BGaming, success is about more than numbers or awards. It is about sustainable growth built on partner trust, a strong team and products that genuinely resonate with players over time. But as Marina confirms, “it is also about balance between business results, company culture and responsibility.
“When the company grows, and people grow with it, that is what success really looks like for BGaming.”
We close by asking Marina if there was one thing that she could change about this industry, what would that be? As a young, female CEO, she is happy to fight her corner.
“If I could change one thing, it would be removing the focus on gender divisions and labels. Too often, conversations shift toward who holds a role instead of how well that person performs in it.
“What really matters are competence, responsibility and real contribution to the business. Strong teams are built on professionalism, experience and decision-making ability, not on which group someone belongs to.”
