Merkur GmbH has realigned its senior management structure, with the appointment of Heike Bode as Managing Director of Sales, succeeding Dominik Raasch, who joined the Management Board of Merkur.com AG on January 1st, 2025, and previously held the sales leadership role in a dual capacity.
With this transition, Ms. Bode assumes full responsibility for sales and all sales-related divisions at adp Merkur GmbH.
Dominik Raasch, Management Board Member, Merkur Sales, says: “Heike Bode combines outstanding professional expertise with proven leadership skills, making her the ideal candidate to lead our sales operations.

“With her many years of service within the company, she brings a wealth of in-depth industry knowledge and valuable experience to the role. I am confident she will lead adp Merkur’s sales division toward an even more successful future, and I look forward to our continued collaboration.”
Heike Bode has been with the Merkur Group for 30 years, during which time she has held a variety of roles and steadily expanded her skill set. The East Westphalia native began her career with the group in 1995 in national controlling. In 2003, she took on the role of Head of Sales Controlling, followed by her appointment in 2005 as Advisor to the Sales Management, and later as Advisor to the Management Board Member, Merkur Sales.
These roles enabled her to deepen her expertise and take on greater leadership responsibilities, and in 2009, she was granted power of attorney and assumed responsibility for Sales Administration.
In 2017, she joined the management of Merkur Freizeit Leasing GmbH as Managing Director Finance. Since 2024, she has also been in charge of the newly established Business Transformation division.
Heike Bode says: “Over the past three decades, I have had the opportunity to take on a wide variety of challenges within the Merkur Group, and I am deeply grateful for the continued trust placed in me through this new appointment.
“I look forward to helping shape the future of adp Merkur GmbH and to making a lasting contribution to its success. Together with my dedicated team, our focus will be on further strengthening our market presence both nationally and internationally, and on positioning the Merkur brand in new markets around the globe.”
In addition to stepping down from his sales management responsibilities, Dominik Raasch will also hand over the role of Management Spokesperson. This function will now be assumed by Jochen Clemens, who will take on the additional responsibility alongside his current role as Managing Director Finance.
