The municipality of Balaruc-Les-Bains, first Spa town in France, is organising a public Call for Tenders for the renewal of its casino operating concession. Candidates must propose a project to create a new casino on a land allocated by the Town Hall.
Balaruc-Les-Bains is on the Mediterranean coastline of Occitanie, the southernmost administrative region of mainland France. Beautifully located and easily accessible, it sits just 30km from Montpellier.
The aim of sourcing candidates before launching the full Call for Tender process, is to verify the interest of operators in this project and to collect their observations and suggestions by responding to a list of questions asked by the Municipality before 12:00am on Monday June 10th, 2024.
No operator or group of operators will be selected or retained at the end of this sourcing phase and participation in this phase does not constitute a prerequisite for applying to the tender procedure which will be initiated at its conclusion.
