SBC Summit Americas is set to address key regulatory changes affecting the North American betting industry. Taking place from June 9th to 11th, the Summit will bring together industry leaders to discuss integrity, advertising and the evolving landscape of sports betting and iGaming.

On June 10th, Stage Two of the Summit will feature the North America: Sports Betting & Casino conference track. This aims to provide stakeholders with crucial insights to navigate the shifting regulatory environment and ensure sustainable growth. Discussions will cover topics such as casino content evolution, lottery and bingo vertical advancements and marketing strategy regulations.

Rasmus Sojmark, Founder & CEO of SBC, says: “Growth in North America isn’t just about launching new products, but also about ensuring those products are built responsibly, sustainably and with a deep understanding of the regulatory environment.

“This track helps the industry explore how innovation and responsibility can advance together, not compete for priority.”

The Summit will open with the panel Lines, Limits and Loopholes: Protecting the Future of Sports Wagering, which will focus on safeguarding sports integrity and addressing challenges in a data-driven betting environment. The panel will also discuss education for athletes and players to ensure safe and engaging sports experiences.

Another key session, Clearing the Air on Sweepstakes: Navigating Regulation and Opportunity, will delve into the legal complexities of sweepstakes, aiming for clearer regulatory frameworks to enhance market transparency and consumer protection while increasing tax revenue.

Concluding the conference track, Designing the Future of Play: Creativity Meets Casino will explore modern iGaming innovations. This session will highlight gamification, interactive experiences and community-driven engagement in reshaping the gaming landscape.

Notable experts such as Fernando Ortega, Luke Pergande and Mark Hicks will take part in discussions. Additional sessions will examine advertising standards and the rise of lottery courier services, focusing on their impact on the industry.

The Summit is expected to host 10,000 delegates at the Broward County Convention Center in Fort Lauderdale and is focused on the expanding US and Latin American markets.
