NeoGames and the New Hampshire Lottery Commission (NHLC), the first state-run lottery in the US and one of the country’s most successful, has announced the approval by the Governor and Executive Council of a seven-year agreement, beginning July 1st, 2025, under which NeoGames will deliver its complete iLottery solution to the NHLC.
NeoGames will provide a complete turn-key iLottery solution, including its player account management (PAM), NeoSphere, it’s central gaming system (CGS) NeoDraw for sales of draw-based games, eInstant games from NeoGames Studio and engaging content from Wizard Games.
NeoGames will also deliver a new website, a mobile application and a loyalty program to the NHLC in partnership with Gambyt. Additionally, NeoGames will provide marketing services from the NeoEngage customer engagement solution, delivering real-time and personalised enhancements, among many other features, to further grow the NHLC’s success with its iLottery program.
Since the NHLC’s iLottery launch in 2018, NeoGames has provided iLottery platform, games and further services through its joint venture, NeoPollard Interactive (NPi).
Lotteries using NeoGames solutions hold an estimated 70% of the US iLottery gross wager market. This new agreement with the NHLC means the top four per capita US iLottery states of New Hampshire, Michigan, Virginia and North Carolina will all continue to be on NeoGames’ platform.
