Fast Track, a leader in CRM technology for the iGaming industry, has fully integrated Greco, a gameplay risk management company, into its platform.
This strategic integration aims to expand Fast Track’s capabilities beyond engagement execution, focusing on enhancing operators’ bonus strategies with precision.
Originally a standalone entity, Greco was acquired by Fast Track in February 2025 and is now part of its core offerings. Founded in 2021 as a joint venture with Fast Track, Greco developed the proprietary Gameplay Risk Engine. This technology allows iGaming operators to analyse player behaviour, assess theoretical player value and make informed decisions regarding bonus allocations and gameplay risks.
Simon Lidzén, Co-founder & CEO of Fast Track, says: “Greco adds a powerful new dimension to our platform. By bringing it fully under Fast Track, we can help operators scale their bonus strategies with the same sophistication they apply to CRM strategies; backed by real-time data, intelligence and world-class execution.”
As a core component of Fast Track, Greco will be delivered with the reliability, innovation and service quality that customers expect. The integration includes an expanded service layer to optimise CRM and bonus strategies under one system, enhancing the digital operations of iGaming operators.
Greco’s co-founders, Ozric Vondervelden and Ed Dickerson, continue to play active roles as the technology transitions into Fast Track’s broader product organisation. This move supports Fast Track’s evolution from mere promotion execution to providing scalable, value-driven player engagement.
Fast Track will demonstrate the Greco-powered product at ICE Barcelona at Stand 2H70A.
